M3 Job Club is a voluntary, unfunded social initiative providing an environment for those who are in job transition or placed at risk of redundancy, the opportunity to network, share experiences and support each other on their journey back to work.
What’s the Job Club All About?
We provide a weekly programme which is free and open for those job seekers who
have a common goal who want to re-engage back into employment. Wherever you are
on the career ladder, we are here to help get you by giving you the confidence,
tools and techniques to get in front of businesses that need you!
We go beyond just the usual CV and interview support to help you create the impression to give you the edge over other candidates. Learn the techniques with us and we’ll help increase your chances of earning the income you deserve!
What Does
M3 Job Club Offer?
Our 12 week programme covers a range of topics to support people at different
stages of their job search providing advice and information for its members.

How Can You Help?
- By volunteering, the gift of giving your time to support people back to work by engaging with job club members to help with CV reviews, Interview prep, etc.
- By sponsorship of this social enterprise in order to support the local economy by getting people back to work and help to create a sustainable service
- By providing ‘work experience’ to actively support placements for job club members for those seeking to switch careers, gain experience, volunteer or just engage in business, cost effectively, to help you and the job seeker whilst they seek their dream job

The M3 Job Club runs every Friday (except Public Holidays) from 09:30 - 12:30
Access
Very limited parking is available in bays 1 - 20 only. Spaces on a first come, first served basis.
Parking can be found in Festival Place about 5 - 10 minutes walk on the major public footpaths to Basing View.
Parking is also available at the main station where there is also a shuttle service that runs to the industrial site
