Buckskin

Buckskin is one of the original districts of Basingstoke and building commenced in the 1960's.  It is situated in the West of Basingstoke, neighbouring Winklebury, South Ham and Kempshott.  It is also close to the Leisure Park and has good transport routes into the town centre.

There is the Buckskin Pub within the  shopping area, which has a function room for hire. The Ridgeway Centre always has lots going on with Monthly Auctions (01256-476081); indoor car-boots, Internet access, photo-copying,Karate, Twins,Triplets & multi-births club, etc. Telephone 01256-470665 mornings. There is also the Church opposite the Chiltern Schools and the Honeycomb Children's Centre within the School grounds.
