AXA Wealth wins silver in South West customer service awards

Organised by the South West Contact Centre Forum, the annual South West Customer Service Awards 2012 saw entries from companies across a range of different industries.

AXA Wealth's banking partnership arm came second to Nationwide Building Society in a category of 20 other companies including Dyson, LV, Capita and British Gas.

Companies were judged on clear goals, performance against key customer service metrics, and how they were developing and innovating to meet customers’ needs. The final stage involved mystery shopping to test knowledge and all-round customer service skills.

The awards were presented at a special ceremony at the Bristol Marriot last night, with over 350 people from around 30 companies in attendance.
